A KNITTING PATTERN
All about the pattern
Creating a light and airy summer shawl with a shallow depth… that was my goal. For this version, I used a fingering weight yarn on larger needles than required for the yarn. That, in combination with the garter stitch pattern, makes knitting this shawl a breeze and very suitable for beginners too!
Included in the pattern are instructions for the regular version, an XL-version and a version made with DK weight yarn.
For my shawls, I used four colours (just two colours for the DK version), but this is a perfect pattern to make a colourful shawl using a lot of your yarn leftovers!
You’ll find two blog posts on my website about this shawl. I wrote about the initial version here and there is a separate blog about the XL version here.
